This section of the Analysis shows in graphical form the percentage breakdown of the calorie and fat content in a selected range. The two color bars represent the goal (from your profile) and the current (actual) percentages of a selected range. Choose either to see Calories or fat with the oval buttons.
For calories, blue represents carbohydrate calories, yellow represents protein calories and magenta represents fat calories; the goal setting may be changed in the Profile screen.
For fats, blue represents monounsaturated fat, yellow represents polyunsaturated fat, and magenta represents saturated fat. The goal setting cannot be changed; it is at a default of 33%, 33%, 33%. As long as the saturated fat percentage does not exceed 33%, you are within acceptable health range.
By looking at the current percentages and comparing that to the goal percentages, you can easily tell if a selected range contains unhealthy level of fat calories or saturated fat.
